I can hold private childbirth classes in your home or mine. The times are very flexible for today's busy Moms and Dads.

I am a Lamaze and CAPPA trained Childbirth educator.  I have chosen to only hold private classes because of the intimate and enlightening discussions that occur during this class.  It is important for new parents to share their fears, expectations, and anticipations of birth and parenting.  By enhancing your knowledge of labor and birth you and your partner can make informed decisions, as well as use your Childbirth Education class tools to help guide you through the amazing journey of birth.  Birth will profoundly change your life forever.  Hopefully, I can encourage a strong confidence in you and in your ability to give birth.

Through your birthing education class, you will understand the different philosophies of birth.  You and your partner can make empowering choices for the type of birth you want, you will understand what to expect of your body and trust your body to labor as it was made to.

Anticipation and Beyond Doula Service's Childbirth Education Class teaches only evidence-based research, so you can be inspired to trust the birth process.  You will also have the understanding of what to expect physically, and emotionally as you bring this baby into the world.
